  1. Preheat oven to 350◦F. Grease a cookie sheet.

  2. Mix dry ingredients; set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl mix apple cider vinegar (if using), oil, and milk.

  4. Beat in flour mixture until combined.

  5. Drop onto pan

  6. Bake for 25 minutes.

  7. Cool

  8. Enjoy!
