Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

2 pounds chicken

2 eggs mixed

1 c POW! Plantain Flour

1 teaspoon (or to taste) spices – some suggestions: cayenne, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, celery salt, pepper

1 teaspoons salt

Favorite frying oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and put mixture on a large plate
  2. Put Egg mixture on another large plate
  3. Dip chicken in egg
  4. Dip chicken in POW! Plantain Flour mix
  5. Drop chicken into hot fry oil
  6. Chicken will take approx 9min on each side
  7. Flip half way through.
  8. Cool on a plate
  9. enjoy!
