Fry Batter

Ingredients:

1 pound Veggies

2 eggs mixed

1/2 c POW! Plantain Flour

1/2 c POW! Cassava Root Flour

1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) spices – some suggestions: cayenne, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, celery salt, pepper

1 teaspoons salt

Favorite frying oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and put mixture on a large plate
  2. Put beaten Egg mixture on another large plate
  3. Dip veggies in egg
  4. Dip veggies in POW! Superflour mix
  5. Drop into hot fry oil
  6. When browned remove
  7. Cool on a plate
  8. enjoy!
