Malanga Flour Waffle

Make them everyday for a super start to your day. Have them for breakfast, use them as a gluten-free bun replacer for lunch, spread some garlic butter on them for dinner.....yum!

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 TBL Oil (solid if coconut)

  • 3 TBL sweetner (if making sweet)

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 cup POW! Malanga Flour

  • 1 tsp Baking soda

  • pinch of salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.

  2. Mix it all in a blender.

  3. Pour into heated waffle maker.

  4. Enjoy
