Non Dairy Plantain Milk

Ingredients:

  • 2 TbspPOW! Plantain Flour
  • 1 Tbsp of sweetener; Maple syrup, honey, sugar, agave....(or to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil or butter, melted (optional)
  • 1 cup water or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • tumeric (optional)

Makes 1 Cup of goodness.

  1. Place everything in a blender.
  2. Blend and use as you would in place of any milk.
