c = cup, t = teaspoon, T = tablespoon

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c POW! SUPER EASY MIX

  • 3/4 sugar
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 1/2 c water or heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • Add fun fruits, nuts, spices

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Mix all dry ingredients; set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl mix apple cider vinegar (if using), oil, and water

  4. Beat in flour mixture until combined.

  5. Pour into well greased pan

  6. Bake for 15-20 min

  7. Enjoy!
