Ingredients:

1 pound Veggies

1 egg

3 TBL Water

1/8 c POW! Plantain Flour

3/4 c POW! Cassava Root Flour

1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) spices – some suggestions: cayenne, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, celery salt, pepper

1/2 teaspoons salt

Favorite frying oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients together
  2. Dip veggies in mixture
  3. Drop into hot fry oil
  4. When browned remove from oil
  5. Cool on a plate
  6. enjoy!

For variations try Fried: Zucchini, onions, mushrooms, garlic, shrimp, and more
