Makes 125" tortillas
c = cup, t = teaspoon, T = tablespoon
1 1/2 c POW! SUPER EASY MIX
- 1/8 c oil
- 1 c water
Mix all dry ingredients; set aside.
In a separate bowl mix apple cider vinegar (if using), oil, and water
Beat in flour mixture until combined.
Roll between parchment paper and cut with mason jar top (or similar)
OR Roll into 2 inch balls and flatten with a tortilla press
Heat skillet on stove-top
Heat for approx 2-3 min on each side
